- Account Information: Email address, username, and profile picture when you create an account
- Photos: Images you upload for swapping
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, including features accessed and interactions
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers

We use your information to:

- Process AI-powered photo swaps
- Manage your account and provide customer support

4. Photo Processing & Face Data
How Reswap Works: Reswap uses AI to generate new images of you in different scenes. This is not face-swapping or deepfake technology - we generate entirely new images using your selfies as visual reference.
Face Data Collection: The selfies you upload contain your face. We use these photos solely as visual reference for AI image generation. Photo validation (detecting a face is present) happens entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework - no biometric data, face geometry, or facial recognition data is extracted, stored, or transmitted to our servers or any third party.
No Biometric Processing: Reswap does not perform facial recognition, create facial templates, or extract biometric identifiers from your photos. Your photos are used as image inputs for AI generation, not for identification purposes.
5. Third-Party Data Processing
Your photos (including selfies containing your face) are shared with the following third-party service providers:
Google Gemini API (AI Processing)
- Purpose: Your photos are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate AI images
- Storage: Google does not permanently store your photos. Images are processed in real-time and discarded after generation
- Training: We use paid Gemini API services - Google does not use paid API data to train their AI models
- Face Data: Google does not extract or retain any biometric data from your photos
Supabase (Cloud Storage)
- Purpose: Your photos are stored on Supabase's cloud infrastructure for cross-device access
- Retention: Photos are stored until you delete them or delete your account
- Security: All photos are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS)
- Face Data: Supabase stores photos as files only - they do not extract any facial data
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the app (cloud hosting, payment processing)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

- Access your personal data
